Sanity vs. COVID-19

After nearly a year of stay at home orders, social isolation and social distancing, it’s safe to assume staying sane is a full time job. Working moms know this probably better than anyone. They’re employees, counselors, cooks, housekeepers, chauffeurs, gardeners, referees, pet walkers, you name it.

Even with all these responsibilities, women have managed to stay sane and keep those around them even keeled. Women are the true champions in this pandemic and we should be doing everything in our power to support them!

A few months into the pandemic, the Centers for Disease and Control and Prevention warned that mental health issues like anxiety, depression, suicide and stress would double within 12 months.

Since woman tend to be caretakers, we have to make sure we’re taking care of them. That means, going the extra mile to ensure they have time to relax and just do nothing!
